Summary
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a dual role that combines Sales Operations and Account Management. In this position, you will be responsible in a first step for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, and analyzing sales data to drive performance improvements.
In a second stage, you will gradually onboard the team to build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying growth opportunities until you are proficient to take the leading seat.
This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and an open-minded perspective to fully grasp the disruptive value proposition that Perfect Memory brings to the market, as well as how to effectively position it within intricate sales processes and complex customer ecosystems.
Success in this position also hinges on the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Detailed tasks
· Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights for sales strategy development.
· CRM Management: Oversee, monitor and govern the CRM system to ensure data integrity, information completeness, manage user access, and provide training to sales team members on best practices.
· Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials on the basis of successful and unsuccessful sales cycles. This includes playbook, presentations, product sheets, and case studies, to support the sales team.
· Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and ensure smooth handoff of leads to sales.
· Performance Metrics Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team productivity and success.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on goals and streamline communication.
· Sales Training and Development: Organize and facilitate training sessions for the sales team to enhance skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
· Quota Management: Assist in the development and management of sales quotas against the business plan, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with company objectives.
· Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and improve the overall sales process.
On the mid-term development:
· Performance Monitoring: Track account performance and client satisfaction, providing regular updates and insights to the account manager in place while proactively addressing any issues.
· Support to Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, developing tailored strategies that drive engagement and foster long-term partnerships.
Pre-requisites
· 0-3 years experience in sales positions, or within the software industry.
· Understanding or experience of long and complex sales processes
· Fluent in English. French. Additional spoken language is a plus.
· Regular travels in western and northern Europe and occasional travels to the US

· Ability to understand the added value of Perfect Memory’s platform. Understanding of semantic web technologies is a plus.
· Understanding of large and complex operational and technical ecosystems at customer
Place of work
Remote work is the norm at Perfect Memory. However, there should be a proximity or capacity to reach the Perfect’s offices (Lyon, Clermont Ferrand, Paris) and customers (western Europe and US) on a regular basis.
Regular business travels to visit customers and tradeshows, approx 30% of time, are to be expected.
