We are looking for a talented and experienced Artistic Director to join our dynamic team in Paris during a maternity leave cover. The successful candidate will lead our creative initiatives, ensuring that all visual communications align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
🌟 Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ads for socials, product packaging, and digital content.
🎨 Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all visual materials.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and B2B team, to maintain a cohesive brand image.
🎯 Lead and mentor 2 creatives, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth, with the help of the Head of Growth.
🔎 Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to keep our visual communications fresh and relevant.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction, with significant experience in a brand or agency environment involving high content production volumes. Preferably within the health, wellness, or technology sectors.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
You’re a team player, easy-going, and yet very demanding of yourself. Your success is the team’s success.
You are comfortable talking about women’s health issues, are not intimidated by the topics of pelvic floor health, the vagina, childbirth and female intimacy in general, and curious to learn more.
You speak and write excellent English and French.
Contract Details
Position: Full-time, temporary (maternity leave cover) - CDD or Freelance
Location: Paris, France. A place where it is good to work in a friendly atmosphere, with spacious offices in the center of Paris. But also a flexible home-office policy
Duration: Approximately 6 months, starting from May or June 2025
