Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a Key Account manager to join our B2B Sales team. You will be working directly with the Head of Business Development (ex Alan) to grow our revenue through our most strategic accounts in 2025 !

After a first year focusing on Retail, we have been able to start new promising partnerships with big partners in France and abroad and we need someone to take extra care of them to boost the sell-in and sell-out. 

What you will do on a daily basis:

  • Portfolio management with an upsell objective 

  • Contract and price negotiations 

  • Travel to attend trade fairs or to train the vendors

  • Manage and nurture customers to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction

What you will have the opportunity to co-design with Lisa

  • Global account management strategy

  • Trade marketing strategy => you will also be responsible for the design and project management of all trade elements that can help us increase sell-out for our partners 

We are only starting the Retail adventure which means you will have a direct impact and your feedback will be key to improve our overall Sales strategy. Also there will be a lot of additional fun tasks that exist in a 30 person start-up so we need someone who’s open to doing different things and willing to learn in an ever changing environment!


Profil recherché

You will be a perfect match if:

  • You are a farmer and have already worked with key accounts before

  • You already have a previous experience in Retail and have worked on Trade marketing strategy before (not mandatory)

  • You love negotiating and will be at ease defending Perifit’s interest in front of big customers

  • CRM tools are your best friend and building strong relationships something you really love doing

  • You’re agile and will adapt if things change

  • You like networking and have strong interpersonal skills

  • You are eager to sell products that have a real impact on women’s well-being

Qualifications

💼 Master’s Degree in a Business or Engineering School

🚀 You have 2-5 years of experience. Previous work experience in a start-up is a plus!

🤰 You are comfortable talking about women’s health issues, are not intimidated by the topics of pelvic floor health, the vagina, childbirth and female intimacy in general, and are curious to learn more.

👩‍⚖️ You are a feminist and believe in the right of every woman to have access to fun and effective health solutions.

💬 You speak and write excellent English and French.
