We are looking for a Global Tech Expert – O2C – Order management & billing ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

We seek an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Billing Expert with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA to optimize and manage end-to-end billing processes. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and streamline O2C workflows, ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and compliance with financial regulations. Proficiency in configuring SAP S/4HANA billing modules and integrating them with other ERP components is essential. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, process improvements, and stakeholder training. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of global billing standards are required. Experience in managing large-scale SAP deployments and cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable.

Your key missions

  • Design and Build O2C Solutions: Lead the design and development of end-to-end O2C workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

  • SAP S/4HANA Configuration: Configure and maintain O2C modules within SAP S/4HANA, focusing on billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable functionalities.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance O2C processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations, incorporating innovative solutions during the build phase.

  • Billing Operations Oversight: Manage accurate and timely invoice generation, proactively addressing discrepancies and resolving errors to maintain high operational standards.

  • Revenue Recognition Compliance: Design and implement billing solutions compliant with global financial standards such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.

  • Integration and Customization: Collaborate with IT to design, build, and integrate SAP S/4HANA billing modules with other ERP components and third-party systems, tailoring solutions to organizational needs.

  • Stakeholder Training & Support: Develop comprehensive documentation, provide training, and deliver ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption of newly designed O2C processes and tools.

  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Design dashboards and KPIs to track billing accuracy, O2C cycle time, and revenue leakage, using insights to drive iterative enhancements.
