Want to join the world’s No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Responsible Procurement Intern for 6 months from January to June 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
You will support the Responsible Procurement team in implementing its Responsible Procurement roadmap.
Your key missions:
You will support the Responsible Procurement team in day-to-day operations, including suppliers’ due diligence, assessment campaigns with EcoVadis for suppliers at risk, SMETA audits follow-up, and training with Pernod Ricard affiliates.
You will participate in the animation of the Responsible Procurement community: weekly updates on Responsible Procurement process output (KPIs evolution, assessments, and audit progress per region…), answer questions from the community…
You will maintain up-to-date the Responsible Procurement tools (EcoVadis, Sedex) user management (access, track inactive users), train newcomers, assist the Responsible Procurement community with any questions related to the use of these tools, periodic activity reports to be shared with the Responsible Procurement team…

You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Purchasing/Procurement/ESG or equivalent.
You are fluent in English.
You have good commands of Excel and PowerPoint.
You have knowledge and interest in sustainable development and ESG in purchasing.
You are autonomous, open-minded, and rigorous.
You have great communication, analysis, and synthesis skills.
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
