Your key missions:
You will:
- Act as the main point of contact for the HR community across 26 global tech locations.
- Manage global HR systems (e.g., Workday), headcount monitoring, and data quality checks.
- Track recruitment activities and lead global strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate global onboarding programs and oversee talent management campaigns.
- Manage global calibration for performance, merit, and bonus processes.
- Drive upskilling, reskilling strategies, and learning & development initiatives aligned with market trends.
- Lead change management projects and embed new ways of working within the Global Tech organization.
