We are looking for a Tech MDM Adoption Lead ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Our global Tech team operates in an agile manner within a dynamic product organization. Immerse yourself in a collaborative environment where innovation thrives, and your contributions will play a direct role in shaping the path of our cutting-edge products. As a key player in our agile setup, you'll have the opportunity to enhance efficiency, foster creativity, and play a pivotal role in our product development process.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Master Data Management platform within Pernod Ricard. This position is designed to drive user engagement, facilitate seamless onboarding, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

You will act as the bridge between the users and the platform, ensuring that users not only understand its capabilities but also derive maximum value from it.

By implementing targeted strategies, managing user support, gathering feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you ensure the platform becomes an indispensable tool that supports business growth and enhances overall productivity

Your key missions

  • User Onboarding and Training: Develop tailored onboarding and training programs to ensure users quickly understand how to use the MDM platform (Master Data Hub).

  • User Engagement and Retention: Drive continuous engagement through updates, communications, and re-engagement strategies for at-risk users.

  • Feedback Collection and Insights: Gather user feedback and turn it into actionable insights for platform improvements.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate communication and alignment between product, support, and business teams to meet user needs.

  • End-User Support (Level 1 to Level 3): Manage or oversee the support process, ensuring efficient issue resolution and escalation.

  • Data-Driven Adoption Strategy: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track adoption, feature usage, and overall platform success.

  • Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing: Ensure the platform evolves based on user feedback, improving resources and user engagement.

  • Change Management: Drive strategies to manage resistance and help users adapt to new features or processes.

  • Championing Communities: Build user communities, encourage peer learning, and identify advocates to promote platform adoption.

  • Driving Long-Term Platform Value: Ensure users maximize the platform’s value by showcasing its full potential and supporting key use cases.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tech, Marketing, or related fields

  • 5+ years of experience in user adoption, customer success, or change management roles preferably with Data / Digital Platform

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage users and stakeholders effectively.

  • Expertise in driving user adoption and managing resistance to change.

  • Focus on understanding user needs and ensuring high satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical skills for identifying issues and resolving them efficiently.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, track progress, and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in tracking key adoption metrics and using data for decision-making.

  • Strong teamwork skills to work across departments and align strategies.

  • Ability to design and deliver training programs and resources.

  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on user feedback and platform updates.

  • Experience in working with Agile product squad framework
