Mission and challenges 🎯

Within the Communication team of the Marketing department, under the responsibility of the Communication Manager, your main tasks are to co-construct, implement, and manage our content strategy on social media.

Specifically, on a daily basis, you are in charge for our social media strategy exclusively in the US:

Social Media Content Strategy

  • Being a driving force and contributing to defining a specific content strategy for social media in line with Picta's overall strategy and brand objectives.
  • Proposing relevant content themes and formats to effectively reach our target audience.
  • Helping ensure the consistency of the Picta brand strategy by closely collaborating with other content creators, the influencer partnership manager, and the Marketing and Pictarine teams.

Content Creation

  • Defining the editorial calendar for each social network in collaboration with your manager.
  • Implementing the editorial calendar by developing quality content for social media: posts, videos, infographics, etc., within the expected deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Creative team for the development of visuals and other creative elements as needed.

Social Media Account Management

  • Regularly publishing content according to the editorial calendar.
  • Managing interactions with members: responding to comments, private messages, etc.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitoring statistics and key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting relevant alert elements, and producing reliable and quality analyses.
  • Contributing to the evaluation of the content strategy's effectiveness and proposing recommendations to improve performance.

Profil recherché

About you 💎

  • Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: You are fluent in both English and French with a great american culture.
  • Social Media Expertise: You are highly proficient in using various social media platforms (Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Analytical Tools: You are proficient with analytical tools for these social networks.
  • Content Creation: You are skilled in creating visual content, ideally using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • Team Spirit: Your team spirit and ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders are well-recognized.
  • Attention to Detail: You pay attention to detail, organize your ideas, and present them clearly to both internal and external audiences as a brand ambassador.
  • Autonomy: You are self-sufficient in managing projects and finding ways to achieve your goals.
  • Creativity and Enthusiasm: Your curiosity and enthusiasm inspire you to imagine new approaches to reach your objectives and propose creative ideas to test.
