Descriptif du poste

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company’s revenue growth efforts. The CRO will be responsible for driving and maximizing revenue, overseeing key metrics such as subscription growth, acquisition of new customers, third-party revenue streams, and customer lifetime value. This person will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, reducing churn, and optimizing overall revenue efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement the company’s comprehensive revenue strategy, focusing on increasing subscriptions and identifying new revenue streams.

  • Subscription and New Customer Acquisition: Drive strategies to grow the number of new subscribers and manage the split between different subscription models.

  • Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC): Analyze and optimize customer acquisition costs by identifying more efficient channels, campaigns, and tactics.

  • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Optimization: Design initiatives that increase user engagement, boost retention, and reduce churn.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify growth opportunities.

  • Management: management of a Campaign Manager, a Customer Success Manager BtoC and a CRM Manager

  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align revenue goals with business strategy.


Profil recherché

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

  • Ability to structure A/B test strategies and measure their impact effectively.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
