Powell Software is looking for an Account Executive as we continue to scale our business operations out of France. If you are interested in joining an international environment and working in a dynamic team, with the autonomy to enrich your skills, Powell Software is a good fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives

• Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging pre-sales as well as technical

resources required

• Organize and lead prospect demonstrations/ presentations, generate quotes/ proposals that

meet prospect requirements,

• Participate to customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

• Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business

needs

• Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process and close opportunities

• Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations/cycles and sales campaigns

• Leverage business from new and established customer relationships

• Utilize Dynamics CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates

• Work strategically with management to deliver sales forecasts, identify trending

opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions to reach sales targets

• Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner;

• Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client businessactivities


Profil recherché

• BA/ BS or equivalent experience 5+ years of Account Executive experience in a

Technology/Software company, preferably within the Modern Workplace area

• Direct and/or Indirect SaaS/ Cloud selling experience

• “Hunter sales” mentality

• Must have strong verbal skills in French and English with consultative professional business

acumen

• Outbound as well as inbound sales experience is of an asset

• Demonstrated excellence in presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

• Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn preferred

• Strong collaboration and relational skills

• A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work

• Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

• Willingness to travel
