Responsibilities:
The Senior Partnership Success Coordinator (SPSC) will play a critical role in the accelerated growth and expansion of Powerdot's EV charging network, with a focus on deepening partner relationships to drive mutual growth. This position is designed for a professional with five or more years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development. You will work closely with established partners, acting as their primary point of contact and advisor, ensuring continuous growth and satisfaction in each partnership. In this role, the SPSC will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including Partnership Development, Growth, Operations, and Product—to enhance partner satisfaction and engagement with Powerdot’s suite of tools. Supported by a central team focused on optimizing business development and after-sales processes, the SPSC will maximize the impact of each engagement, directly influencing Powerdot’s Product and Business roadmap.
