Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process for tech profiles is composed of 4 steps:

1. Discovery Interview (1 hour): An introduction to Prose, covering core values, product challenges, tech stack, and team structure. It's also a chance to learn about the candidate’s motivations and goals.

2. Technical Challenge: A one-week assignment simulating real-world challenges, followed by a debrief with the team to assess coding practices, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

3. HR Interview (1 hour): A conversation with HR Manager Benoit Bourboulon to ensure alignment with Prose’s values, culture, and the candidate's growth expectations and work preferences.

4. Final Interview (45 minutes): A strategic discussion with Director of Engineering Arthur Franck to confirm alignment on team goals, role expectations, and vision for future collaboration.

This process ensures a thorough assessment of both technical and cultural fit.
