We are currently looking for an AI Product Manager to take our FWA (Fraud, Waste and Abuse) product to the next level.

Joining a growing product team of 4 and reporting to the Lead Product, you will play a key role in driving Qantev’s AI strategic roadmap by defining and leading the execution of fraud detection solutions.

Collaborating with your team of engineers and data scientists you will create scalable, high-impact products that deliver value to health insurers globally worldwide.


RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Drive your roadmap: Build the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing the right problems to solve.

  • Develop your product: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to iteration.

  • Drive end-to-end ownership: Define product requirements, oversee execution, and communicate progress and results across the company.

  • Lead continuous discovery: Engage with health insurers, claims processors, and industry experts to deeply understand their pain points, workflows, and opportunities for innovation.

  • Enhance user engagement: Ensure product usability and adoption by designing intuitive workflows and visualizations for fraud investigation teams.

  • Adopt a data-driven mindset: Evaluate the impact of product features using Qantev’s analytics tools to optimize fraud detection outcomes.

  • Lead with vision: Inspire cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough products while maintaining focus on strategic goals and customer needs.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Product Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS AI-driven solutions - exposure to Insurance fraud detection, or data-heavy products would be a plus.
  • AI knowledge : Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and software engineering practices. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams.
  • Analytical Thinking & Decision-Making: Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear product requirements and user stories and precise attention to detail.
  • Methodical & Adaptive: Organized and rigorous approach to work, with the ability to react quickly and adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Empathetic leader with excellent listening skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams such as AI researchers, data scientists, engineers and domain experts to drive product development.
  • Autonomy & Initiative: Self-driven with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in English; French or additional languages are a plus.
