Quantum Surgical is a medical robotics company committed to developing tomorrow’s healthcare. It aims to set new standards in cancer treatment by allowing more patients to benefit from innovative, targeted and less invasive treatments.

Co-founded in 2017 by Bertin Nahum and supported by a management team experienced in medical robotics, Quantum Surgical's headquarters are located in Montpellier. The team has more than 120 employees and continues to grow.


Job Description

To support the commercial launch of our solution Epione®, we are building our Sales team, and we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – UK & Nordics.

Reporting to the Sales Director - Europe, you will have to deploy the sales strategy across UK & Nordics.

Your missions will be the following:

  • Drive the sales process in UK & Nordics.
  • Build a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Organize site visits and demos with potential customers.
  • Identify the project leader at customer site and set up regular meetings to move forward with the project.
  • Ensure the sales process is moving forward the right way.
  • Report progress on sales to Direct Management.
  • Develop strategies to optimize sales results, sales & marketing performance as well as market presence.
  • Create innovative financial solutions tailored to each project.
  • Work in close cooperation with clinical and regulatory teams.
  • Animate distributor network.
  • Participate in regional meetings and congresses.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required by the mission.

Profile

Required

  • You have a Master of Science, in Business or equivalent in the medical fields.
  • You have a proven track record in Medical Devices sales with at least 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment sales, requiring the development of projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have a successful track record in selling innovation and disruptive technologies.
  • You have a strong knowledge of an Interventional Room & Operating Room.
  • You can work autonomously.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • You have experience in interventional radiology and a good knowledge of percutaneous ablation
  • You speak Swedish, Danish, Finnish and/or Norwegian .
  • You have a strong foundation in French (both spoken and written).

  2. Technical interview (Teams visio) – Sales Director Europe & HR – 30/45 minutes
  3. Final interview – Sales Director Europe & HR – 1h/1h30
