JOB DESCRIPTION & MISSION:

We are looking for a 6-months Intern in Marketing & Communication, with the following responsibilities:

Product marketing for QyScore® new version’s launch in the US and Europe:

  • Design and create brochures and other communication tools

  • Provide support to Sales and Clinical Application teams in medical education strategy implementation

Event marketing and preparation:

  • Organization and preparation for international trade shows, including booths, promotional materials, ad boards and logistics

  • Specific preparation for two major congresses in September and October, ensuring all marketing materials and logistics are in place

Communication and digital strategy management:

  • Manage Qynapse’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting

  • Update and maintain the company website

  • Contribute to the social media communication strategy


Profil recherché

PROFILE:

  • Master’s degree, with a focus on marketing, communication and/or sciences

SKILLS:

  • Efficient, focused, organized, and autonomous

  • Analytical skill and ability to work in an evolving environment

  • Creativity and an eye for design, with an interest in creating visually appealing content

  • Strong written and verbal communication (in French and English)

  • Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends

  • PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency

    Will be considered as a plus:

  • Experience or knowledge of Healthcare / Medical Device / Pharma market

  • Experience with event management

  • Experience with design

  • Website (WordPress) management
