Responsibilities:

 - Outbound Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new business leads within the French mid-market segment.

 - Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals, including product demonstrations and contract negotiations.

 - Pipeline Generation: Proactively generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through diligent prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

 - Account Mapping: Conduct thorough account mapping to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.

 - Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs.

 - Mutual Action Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop mutual action plans that outline specific objectives, milestones, and responsibilities to achieve shared goals.

 - Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand contacts and create new business opportunities.

 - Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), providing regular updates to management on progress and achievements.


Profil recherché


Requirements:

 - Experience: Proven track record of success in outbound B2B sales, particularly within the mid-market segment. Experience with SaaS solutions or technology products is preferred.

 - Sales Methodologies: Proficiency in applying sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales, or MEDDIC to drive effective engagement and close deals.

 - Account Mapping: Expertise in account mapping to identify and engage key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.

 - Mutual Action Plans: Experience in collaborating with clients to develop mutual action plans that outline specific objectives, milestones, and responsibilities to achieve shared goals.

 - Tools Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, ChatGPT, and various sales sequencing tools to manage workflows efficiently.

 - Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian) is a plus.

 - Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

 - Adaptability: Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
