As the Marketing Manager at Rivrs, a UGC-focused video game studio, you will be responsible for driving an effective player acquisition strategy across multiple channels. You will manage and implement a creative acquisition strategy using both organic and paid channels, focusing on long-term growth in key markets (FR/US). You’ll work closely with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure Rivrs reaches and engages its target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition Strategy & Campaign Management:

    • Develop and execute a creative player acquisition strategy using both organic and paid advertising methods.

    • Manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram) ensuring optimization and effective use of resources.

    • Propose and implement innovative strategies to improve player acquisition and drive user growth.

  • Influencer Strategy & Collaboration:

    • Build and manage a long-term influencer strategy for the FR/US markets.

    • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with influencers and content creators, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals.

    • Monitor and report on the performance and results of influencer collaborations.

  • Content Creator Engagement:

    • Develop strong relationships with content creators to promote organic growth through user-generated content.

    • Oversee content collaboration projects, ensuring they align with broader marketing goals and community engagement strategies.

  • Community Engagement & Growth:

    • Create and implement strategies to boost engagement with the existing community, with a focus on fostering loyalty and leveraging it to acquire new players.

    • Monitor community trends and behavior to adapt marketing tactics for optimal engagement and player retention.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Regularly track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community engagement strategies.

    • Provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.


Profil recherché

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing or player acquisition within the gaming industry, preferably in a UGC-driven environment.

    • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

    • Experience working with influencers and content creators, including contract negotiation and performance analysis.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of player acquisition strategies, both organic and paid, with a creative approach to campaign execution.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with influencers and external partners.

    • Proficiency in performance tracking tools and analytics software.

  • Preferred:

    • Experience working in the UGC or gaming industry with a focus on community-driven content.

    • Knowledge of current trends in social media marketing and influencer strategies.
