Our team is organized into several key departments, each playing a vital role in our success. Rivrs is currently active on three major platforms: Minecraft, Roblox, and GTA. Each platform team is made up of developers, game artists, and producers who oversee project delivery and fine-tune game mechanics to ensure high-quality player experiences.
Beyond our game development teams, we have dedicated administrative and financial departments that handle all formalities, and a communication and marketing team responsible for promoting our various Business Units (BUs). Together, these teams collaborate to drive innovation and bring engaging gaming experiences to life across platforms.
Matthieu joined Rivrs two years ago, stepping directly into the role of Roblox Producer thanks to his deep expertise in UGC platforms and past successes on other UGC environments.
Today, he leads the entire Roblox team, managing both game artists and developers to ensure the creation of unique experiences for players.
Alexis started his journey at Rivrs as a player on one of our Minecraft servers.
Today, he’s a key member of our team as a Game Designer. His deep understanding of game mechanics and balance has made him indispensable in creating high-quality servers designed by players, for players.
Constance began her journey at Rivrs as an apprentice 3 years ago, where she honed her skills and developed a strong expertise in game art software.
Today, she masters both 2D and 3D creation, working on everything from interfaces and props to assets and NPCs. Her progress has made her a major asset to Rivrs, and her ability to support new recruits has further strengthened her importance within the team.
