About the role

As an Operations Associate Intern, you will play a support role in ensuring operational excellence while contributing to scale the operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and deliver outstanding support to the team and our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Part of your responsabilities

  • Ops - Admin (Your main priority for the first 3 months)

    • Oversee administrative and compliance processes, including KYC checks and legal incorporation tasks with a strong focus on the Guichet Unique platform
  • Operational Excellence

    • Support the smooth execution of client onboarding and investment vehicle creation.

    • Collaborate with key partners (banks, notaries, and service providers) to ensure seamless execution.

    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce timelines.

  • Client relations

    • You will assist the team in responding to enquiries from investors and customers. This is a key aspect of the role as we deal with complex issues for demanding audiences. This requires a perfect command of administrative matters as well as a broader knowledge of accounting and legal issues.

    • You will help our customers (start-up founders or fund managers) to ensure a smooth onboarding and vehicle creation process and to support their investment related enquiries.

    • This is a broad scope of work, as we have, to date, investors from 60+ nationalities including several billionaires.

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

  • Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a “can-do” attitude—no task is beneath you.

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to rigorously manage multiple processes and stakeholders.

  • Customer-Focused: Passion for solving problems and delivering outstanding client experiences.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with venture capital, finance, or legal tech industries.

  • Interest in operational tools and technology development.
