Internship Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to join our team and support client success efforts. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management, client retention strategies, and revenue growth in a dynamic SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, learn proven methodologies, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our clients and business directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support & Success

    • Assist in building strong relationships with clients by supporting onboarding, adoption, and engagement processes.

    • Collaborate with the Account Management team to address client inquiries and proactively resolve potential issues.

    • Participate in client check-ins and feedback sessions to align our services with their needs and goals.

  • Account Growth & Expansion

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by analyzing client usage and identifying trends.

    • Help create tailored presentations and proposals to showcase the value of additional products or services.

    • Support the Sales and Marketing teams in executing targeted client campaigns and retention strategies.

  • Strategic Account Insights

    • Assist in preparing detailed account plans and reports, including tracking KPIs like client retention rates and growth metrics.

    • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify patterns that inform product improvements and client success strategies.

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.

  • Learning & Development

    • Gain exposure to SaaS industry best practices in account management, customer success, and revenue retention.

    • Learn how to navigate tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and account planning software to support day-to-day tasks.

    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop professional skills and build industry knowledge.


Profil recherché

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates are also welcome).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Interest in account management, customer success, and SaaS business models.

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis is a plus but not required.
