Internship Overview:
We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Intern to support our Finance team during an exciting period of growth. You’ll work closely with our Financial Manager, contributing to a range of accounting and finance tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of critical responsibilities, and actively improve and automate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier & Vendor Management:

   • Organize and archive supplier documents.

   • Record and post supplier invoices in our accounting system.

   • Collaborate internally to collect invoices and maintain accurate records.

2. Financial Operations:

   • Prepare payment cycles and ensure timely processing.

   • Conduct weekly bank reconciliations for client billing.

   • Generate, send, and record client invoices.

   • Monitor payments and perform bank reconciliations for receivables.

   • Follow up on outstanding client payments and support the collections process.

3. Reporting & Closing:

   • Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.

   • Contribute to monthly management control processes and reporting.

   • Manage leasing files, including creation, monitoring, collections, and reconciliations.

4. Process Improvement:

   • Actively participate in streamlining and automating accounting processes to enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (e.g., BTS/DUT in Accounting, Business School).

• Strong attention to detail, methodical mindset, and proactive attitude.

• Passion for numbers and finance, with a knack for organization.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with suppliers and team members.

• Proficiency with accounting tools (e.g., Pennylane, inFlow ERP) and MS Office Suite.

• Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a plus).

• Prior startup experience or an interest in tech and innovation is a bonus.
