Manage the implementation and optimisation of acquisition strategies, including paid campaigns, email marketing, and automation.
Run the creation and management of paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Retargeting, etc.).
Help test new acquisition channels and Growth Hacking techniques to enhance lead generation.
Work with the team to improve website performance, including landing page optimisation.
Assist in monitoring and reporting on key marketing KPIs to track campaign performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead funnel in our CRM (HubSpot).
Stay curious and up to date with new marketing trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
You’re excited to drive acquisition and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing company.
You have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships count!).
You’re curious, analytical, and eager to develop expertise in growth marketing.
You have the startup mindset, the can do attitude and love to try and try again to obtain results
You have some knowledge of paid acquisition, SEO, or marketing automation—or a strong interest in learning.
You’re comfortable using marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Growth marketing tools, etc.).
You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You are fluent in English (another European language is a plus!).
