You play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our technology systems and devices for our ExCom community. As part of our Facility team embedded in Digital Operations & Workplace, you'll provide personalized support and service, maintain positive relationships with clients, and deliver technical support for on-site events.

Main responsibilities
Ensure end-to-end operational support to the Opella executive community with world class customer care, and comply with policies and procedures such as non-disclosure agreements, confidential agreements, and standard operating processes
Contribute to overall adoption of Digital Workplace tool and knowledge from Opella executives
Collaborating with local and offshore support teams, provide technical support for our Executives and their direct support staff in Neuilly site, including installation, maintenance, support, and training of standard hardware, software, mobile devices and also basic Cybersecurity trainings in coordination with the Cyber team
Be a SPOC for the Neuilly site for the support teams
Manage and oversee local equipment (hands and eyes) together with the support teams (network, meeting room devices, printers, servers, etc…) to facilitate incident management and improvement.
Support Executive Boardrooms, Auditoriums, and various meeting spaces with audio, video, and web conferencing technologies
Provide technical support for on-site events, including gathering requirements, recommending solutions, coordinating logistics, and executing the event
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other Digital and business organizations, and communicate clearly and succinctly to all levels of the organization
Ensure excellent customer service skills, be organized, polite, dependable, prompt, and neat in appearance
Be flexible and adaptable to work outside of normal Business hours
A broad background in IT support, especially for clients at the executive level
Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, ability to pick things up quickly and connect information, with a superb attention to detail
Extensive knowledge of Apple MacOS, iOS, Android, Windows 11, Office 365 suite, Zoom, Printing, General Laptop hardware and other Digital Workplace hardware like Meeting Rooms equipment.
Proven experience working in global virtual teams and international matrix environment
Ability to take the lead & ownership (e.g. to find a solution, propose new idea and execute them, …), even in unclear situations. Contribute to clear the unclear
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to talk to Exec and adapt “tech” language to various audience
Curious, open-minded, « out of the box » thinking
Agile and continuous improvement mindset, with critical-thinking and root-cause-analysis paradigms
Able to write and speak fluently in English and French
