Your job, as Head of HSE Manufacturing and Supply Vaccines within our Global HSE Team, will be to deliver our commitments and make HSE a lever of performance for our business.

About the job :

Main responsabilities :

• Integrate HSE strategy into M&S Vaccines roadmap to support business growth.
• Develop and implement HSE Core processes, standards, and systems for M&S Vaccines.
• Set and monitor consistent HSE priorities for M&S Vaccines and ensure each M&S Vaccines sites has a multiyear HSE continuous improvement plan.
• Identify & ensure adequate resources to be integrated in the Strategic Plan and Budget to meet HSE goals.
• Enhance HSE skills with tailored training programs for M&S Vaccines.
• Lead, monitor, and report HSE results, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Promote and Share Best Practices: Animate the M&S Vaccines network by promoting HSE programs and sharing best practices and benchmarks (e.g., sustainability, safety culture) uniformly across teams.

About you :

• Experience: Operational background in Health, Safety and Environment, Operational Excellence, Engineering, Manufacturing and / or senior management positions. Vaccines experience would be a plus

• Soft and technical skills:
  • Enterprise Leader: Have a comprehensive business vision, think strategically, and keep teams engaged with the overall vision.
  • Transformation Leader: Model change management and foster a safe, collaborative workplace.
  • Decision Maker: Make timely, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment and ensure decisions are made at the right level.
  • Performance Champion: Use digital innovation and AI to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Business Ally: Understand the business landscape, stay updated with global trends, and integrate insights to add value and achieve a competitive advantage

• Education: High level technical/scientific education (BSc/MSc). 
• Languages: Fluent in English
