MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
At the ISO 9001 certified Clamart site, we develop, manufacture, and provide after-sales service for oil exploration and well testing equipment used worldwide. SLB is now looking for a QHSE Engineer Apprentice.
His / Her missions will be:
Risk Assessment: Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
Compliance Monitoring: Contribute to the adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QHSE performance and processes.
ISO 14001 Certification Transition: Support the transition of the center towards ISO 14001 certification, ensuring compliance with environmental management standards and working closely with quality team.
Audits: Participate to internal and supplier’s audits
External Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with external companies to develop Prevention Plans for risk assessment and agree on operational procedures.
PROFILES AND SKILLS
Desired profile: Apprentice in Master 1 & 2 in HSE/QHSE
To fulfill these missions, the sought-after skills are:
Technical skills:
Knowledge of HSE Standards: Familiarity with ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Risk Assessment: Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments, identify and implement preventive and/or mitigation measures
Compliance Monitoring: Understanding of legal and internal HSE regulations.
Environmental Management: Knowledge of environmental legislation and practices, including waste, air emission and waste water management and pollution control.
Practical skills:
Documentation and Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.
ISO14001 Certification Transition: Skills in supporting the transition towards ISO14001 certification.
External Relations: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with external companies for risk assessment and operational agreements
Other skills:
Effective Communication: Communication skills to convey HSE policies and procedures to stakeholders.
English Proficiency: Ability to work in English with a diverse team.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively on HSE initiatives
Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
