Within our Industrial Automation business unit, the Industrialization department provides R&D teams and factories with its expertise in industrializing new products and designing suitable industrial process architectures, up to on-site commissioning, both in France and abroad.Your role:Reporting to the Assembly and Automation Manager (Jean Marc), you will be responsible for defining and architecting industrial processes within projects, using a multi-technology approach.Your missions:

  • Ensure the manufacturability of products/parts in terms of assembly by actively participating in their design.
  • Provide the technical and economic elements necessary for building the projected costs of products.
  • Participate in defining the supply chain associated with industrial scenarios.
  • Imagine, design, specify, realize, implement, and qualify assembly processes and automated product assembly methods, while respecting:
  • Project cost, quality, and timing objectives.
  • Rules and standards in the field. Define and draft functional specifications and process architectures for assembly lines (manual, semi-automatic & automatic).
  • Monitor process suppliers (design review, FMEA, realization, ramp-up, qualification, delivery, and installation of equipment at the production site).
  • Provide the factory with all the documentation for the definition, use, and maintenance of the equipment used in a project.
  • Manage action plans with the factories to ensure the ramp-up of equipment.
Your profile:A holder of a DUT or Engineering degree in Mechanical / Electromechanical, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical industrialization and product assembly.Your competences:
  • The ability to actively monitor technological developments in all assembly areas applicable to our products.
  • Basic knowledge in mechanical design.
  • Knowledge in designing new equipment.
  • Proficiency in industrial drawing.
  • Ability to support stakeholders from different industrial centers in the deployment of international projects.
  • Writing skills.
  • The ability to adapt and react effectively with different departments.
  • Ability to lead meetings and make proposals.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Good written and spoken English to collaborate with our teams and clients.
  • Relational and collaborative skills.
  • Curiosity, rigor, organization, and autonomy.
