Involvement throughout the different stages of the investment cycle:

• Deal sourcing: identification and qualification of investment targets, market research.

• Deal execution: contribution to financial analysis, modelling, strategic due diligence and drafting of IC documents.

• Ad-hoc projects in portfolio companies.

• Exposure to all the sectors and geographies covered by Seven2.

Role located in Munich; business travel to Paris and other cities when needed. You will be part of the DACH investment team consisting of 3 investment professionals with prior experience from leading PEs, tier-1 investment banking, and MBB consulting.

• Education: Bachelor graduate or Master student in top-tier European business or engineering school.

• Solid financial, analytical and presentation skills.

• Fluent German and fluent English.

• Autonomy, proactiveness and strong motivation for Private Equity.

• First internship experience in a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm or PE firm
