The Client Profitability team, composed of Debora and Jules makes the analysis for internal (finance) & external (brokers & carriers) purposes and executes repricing.
The Client Profitability Manager/Profitability Actuary Manager is responsible for tracking and optimizing the profitability of programs as well as managing repricing or revising the structure of unprofitable insurance products. With that in mind, you’ll:
Lead, manage, and develop the Client Profitability team, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration among the other functions of Seyna
Drive the actuarial studies to have the best possible vision of the profitability of the existing contracts
Ensure we have the right framework to anticipate actuarial risks
Conduct with the team repricing negotiations with brokers in case of severe deviation
Drive product innovation of existing contracts to maximize client satisfaction and Seyna’s margins
Drive the implementation of technological innovations to enhance our operational efficiency in performance monitoring
Drive the reserving policy and reserving tasks and improve our methodologies
Ensure a high level of cross-functional collaboration, especially with the sales, risk placement, and finance teams to support them in their missions.
You have strong foundations in actuarial science (ideally P&C and/or Health), providing expertise in insurance landscapes.
You have strong organizational and project management abilities for efficient team coordination.
You demonstrate proficiency in financial reporting and performance monitoring, enabling you to provide accurate insights and drive strategic decision-making.
