🛍 As a Product Manager at Shipup, you will:

  • Prioritize and communicate clear product roadmaps.

Craft and execute product initiatives that align with Shipup’s missions and business goals.

Define and clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders (C-level), ensuring alignment and driving strategic goals

  • Ensure product quality meets our standards of excellence.

You will work hand in hand with your Tech lead to look over the engineering team, making sure projects stay on schedule.

You will write comprehensive product specifications.

You will make sure to keep an agile approach allowing your to quickly iterate on your product..

  • Collaborate closely with other Product functions

You will work hand in hand with Product Designers to ensure the solution your are delivering is a good fit with the problem identified and with the Product Marketing  Manager to build an effective release plan that guarantees its adoption.

  • Collaborate closely with other teams

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including our Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales team, to develop and launch new product features and improvements that deliver value to Shipup and drive company growth.

🙌 The team

You’ll join a team of nineteen (13 technical and 6 product people) led by Léa (our CPTO) and Florian (VP Engineering). The team is currently divided into two cross-functional squads. We aim to grow that team to twenty-two people by mid-2025 with the opening of a third squad!

  • Dounia, Group Product Manager

  • Emmanuel, Principal Product Manager for the Online Shopper Squad

  • Paul, Product Manager for the merchant Squad 

  • Matteo, Lead Product Designer

  • Valérie, Product Designer

  • Souheila, Product Marketing Manager

Engineering team: 10 advanced/senior developers and 1 VP Engineering

Project management: SCRUM sprints of 2 weeks (daily, planning, retro, grooming…)

Profil recherché

  • You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, and prior experience in the e-commerce industry would be a bonus.

  • You are comfortable with both Discovery and Delivery

You are used to conducting user research, collecting and structuring insights.

You rely on a data driven approach to validate if an opportunity is worth prioritizing.

You write structured and easy to understand Product specifications on complex features

  • You have a Ship to learn approach

You have a strong agile mindset.

You know what you need to learn and you find the right scope of release to make sure to gather the right insists and leverage them for your future releases.

  • You are impact driven

You are able to evaluate the success and impact of an initiative in the short and long term by choosing and tracking the right KPIs.

You follow-up autonomously and continuously on the Outcome of your initiatives to make sure they reach their impact.

  • You have a considered, detailed approach to communication

You’re a great communicator and will be able to scale those communications as the company grows, between customers, sales, support and our Engineering team.

  • SaaS/B2B sensibility

You have a clear knowledge of specificities of Saas and B2B business

  • English and French skills

You master both languages so you can interview our clients in France and around the world.
