What are the main responsabilities ?
Data Analysis & Consolidation:
• Support on Forecast Analysis & Reporting on seasonal launches,
• Support on Sell In/Sell Out Monthly Analysis by Market & by Line,
• Support on Post-Launch Analysis Reports on New Launches performance,
• Updates of Distribution, Investment & Assortment databases
Trade Marketing:
• Coordination with Marketing & Expert Teams to ensure all assets/guidelines are available on time for new launches and seasonal marketing animations,
• Updates of the Marketing Books/Asset Recaps gathering, consolidation & sending,
• Evaluation of Trade/eTrade Animation Proposals based on Marketing KPIs vs. Guidelines,
• Become THE contact for questions regarding 360 marketing tools/assets Communication (Media, PR):
• Update & Transmission of all communication guidelines & assets,
• Coordination with Expert Teams (PR, Media) on all Export Communication Plans,
• Follow Up on all project roll-outs including PR events & e-events, Influencer collaborations, & Media
• Monthly Reporting on Key Communications actions & achievements to the brand Merchandising:
• Coordination with the merchandising team to ensure the smooth progress of new openings and counters renovations,
• Coordination with the merchandising team to ensure all POS activations are in line with marketing priorities, merchandising guidelines & marketing KPIs.
Competitor Analysis:
• Monthly reporting on Fragrance Competitor best practices within key markets & key retailers, with a special focus on e-retail visibility,
• Recommendations based on Competitor Analysis conclusions

• Master 2 / End of studies
• International knowledge
