Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a talented and analytical FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on accurate data analysis. He will be involved in the financial planning, controlling, and monitoring of bids and projects to ensure financial performance.

More specifically, you will be in charge of:

  • Participating to the monitoring of financial forecasts and annual budgets.

  • Analyzing financial performance and identify variances from targets.

  • Preparing financial reports and dashboards for management.

  • Participating in improving financial analysis processes and tools and in implementing an integrated solution to support the company growth.

  • Supporting bid preparation by providing financial analysis and risk assessment.

  • Developing project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking models.

  • Monitoring project financial performance and identify variances.

  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and contract terms.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize project profitability.

  • Assisting in cost control, revenue recognition, and cash flow management.


Profil recherché

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, (project) controlling, or financial analysis.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data and present clear conclusions.

  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail.

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  2. One or two interviews with Sarah (CFO) and David (General Manager)

  3. A potential technical test
