You will join our Sales team and be in charge of:
Managing continuous improvement tasks: Monitor and update tasks related to continuous improvement, such as SharePoint management, CRM (HubSpot) updates, and other internal tools.
Preparing response templates: Create and maintain response templates for sales proposals and invitations to tender, ensuring that they are customized as required.
Updating employee CVs for inclusion in sales proposals or tenders.
Optimizing internal processes identifying opportunities for improvement in internal processes related to project management, bid preparation and document organization.
Assisting the Bid Management process, preparation and management of documents required to respond to calls for tender.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, marketing, IT or communications.
Good command of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Trello, Jira, Asana).
Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and SharePoint.
Skills in database management and document updating.
Rigor and organization to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
Autonomy and ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
Good writing skills for the creation of documents and templates.
Sense of initiative and willingness to learn.
