Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Management:

  • Assist in designing and implementing data collection tools and methodologies.

  • Collect, clean and coherence check data from various program activities, surveys, and reports.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of current year’s M&E data.

• Data Analysis:

  • Support the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance and impact.

  • Generate data visualizations and summary reports to communicate findings effectively.

• Reporting and Documentation:

  • Contribute to the preparation of regular M&E reports, including progress updates and impact assessments.

  • Assist in documenting best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.

• Capacity Building:

  • Assist in supporting the staff and volunteer up-skilling on M&E processes and tools.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the organization’s overall M&E capacity.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in regular M&E team meetings to review progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist in the development and refinement of M&E frameworks and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.

• Proficiency in using data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Power BI data visualization or similar tools) is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and proactive problem-solving approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
