Your role is to support our HR SaaS talent management platform by implementing and maintaining data integrations that are critical to our product’s functionality. You will work on the technical foundation that allows our solution to seamlessly connect with client HR systems, learning platforms, and various complementary HR tools.
As an intern/apprentice in Data Operations and Integration, you will gain hands-on experience with real HR data workflows while ensuring our customers can efficiently manage their talent data across multiple systems. You will learn how to build reliable data pipelines that support core HR processes while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Develop and maintain data connectors to import employee profiles, organizational structures, and career event data from client HR systems
Support the integration of training data between our platform and various Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Assist in building and maintaining scrapers that populate our catalog of training programs and sessions
Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot integration issues
Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications for connectors
Help improve data integration products towards self-service for customers
Backend: Python, Pandas, Airflow, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, S3
Integration Tools: REST APIs, SFTP, ETL/ELT processes, Scrapy
DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions basics
Methodology: Agile, 2-week sprints, continuous delivery
You are pursuing or have recently completed studies in computer science, data science, or a related field
You have basic knowledge of Python programming and data structures
You have some understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
You are familiar with API concepts and data integration techniques
You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience with web scraping or automated data collection is a plus
Interest in HR technology and talent management solutions is valued
You are eager to learn how data integrations power enterprise HR applications
You enjoy solving integration challenges and improving data workflows
You are detail-oriented and recognize the importance of data quality in business processes
You want to develop both technical expertise and understanding of HR business needs
You are proactive and willing to take ownership of integration tasks under guidance
