Responsibilities:
People and culture generalist missions (50%)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with company standards
Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support broader HR initiatives and projects
Participate in cross-functional projects: CSE, internal and external HR communication, training, talent management, various HR campaigns, working time, diversity, HRIS, Payroll etc.
Workplace experience management missions (50%)
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring a positive and productive environment
Manage office logistics, including supplies, facilities maintenance, and employee amenities
Organize and execute internal events and activities to enhance team cohesion and engagement
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing workplace concerns and fostering open communication
Contributing to the spread and respect of the rules of life in the office
Bringing our values and principles to life every day
Coordinate point-to-point travel needs for management(car, flight, hotel, etc.) and be main contact for the company travel agency
To succeed in this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in office management, HR, or a related role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus
Fluent english: day to day working language
