This job is for you, if:

  • Your goal is to develop the employees satisfaction by answering their needs and questions on a daily basis, enhance workplace experience and coordinate internal events to boost team morale and engagement

  • You want to work on general HR and cross-functional missions within a scale-up on a human scale

  • You are a communication facilitator between employees and management to address concerns and improve satisfaction

  • You want to be part of the life of the HR department and as such the list of missions is scalable according to projects, news and your areas of interest.

Responsibilities:

People and culture generalist missions (50%)

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees

  • Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with company standards

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support broader HR initiatives and projects

  • Participate in cross-functional projects: CSE, internal and external HR communication, training, talent management, various HR campaigns, working time, diversity, HRIS, Payroll etc.

Workplace experience management missions (50%)

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring a positive and productive environment

  • Manage office logistics, including supplies, facilities maintenance, and employee amenities

  • Organize and execute internal events and activities to enhance team cohesion and engagement

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing workplace concerns and fostering open communication

  • Contributing to the spread and respect of the rules of life  in the office

  • Bringing our values and principles ​​to life every day

  • Coordinate point-to-point travel needs for management(car, flight, hotel, etc.) and be main contact for the company travel agency


Profil recherché

To succeed in this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in office management, HR, or a related role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus

  • Fluent english: day to day working language
