As a Senior Product Manager for Combo Pay, you will lead the success of our new product : Combo Pay, which is our new Payroll tool to complete our user experience. Your objective is to develop the product in order to maximize the value it brings to our users: company directors, managers, HR managers.

At Combo, we aim to transform the experience of deskless workforces. Our solution is designed for Small and medium sized businesses across various verticals and European markets. It empowers teams and managers who are often overlooked by traditional HRIS.

We’ve been in business since 2016, and today Combo boasts 10,000 customers and 130 in-house staff, with growth extending beyond our borders!

As part of an organized squad, your mission will be to :

  • Build a detailed knowledge of our users, their objectives and their context, in order to prioritize, imagine and develop integrations that bring them maximum value.

  • Support the medium- and long-term vision of the Combo product for users, with your team, other teams and externally.

  • Build a product strategy aligned with the company’s priorities, in close collaboration with our Sales and Customer Success teams.

  • Lead your team in identifying development opportunities, validating them, devising solutions and making them available to our customers.

  • Implement the right methodologies to deliver awesome products.

At the head of a squad, our Product Managers are committed to producing value, over and above delivering features. So, by building up your convictions about our users and the market, you’ll have to create and champion your product vision, identify the real problems to be solved, validate your hypotheses and find the best solutions iteratively.

How are we organized?

Each squad is made up of one PM, one EM, 4 to 8 Devs (back-end, front-end and/or full-stack) and, depending on requirements, a Designer or QA. Product and Tech teams are experts in their product and their users’ issues, they are autonomous in defining and achieving their quarterly and annual objectives, which are aligned with the company’s product strategy.

✨ Your main tasks

  • You build a product vision and strategy that unites Combo’s teams and customers.

  • In collaboration with the Product Designers, you will conduct user research with our users, customers and partners to find the right problems and define the best solutions.

  • You conduct market and product intelligence.

  • You work with the CSM, Sales and Marketing teams to gather and consolidate the knowledge needed to build your products. And to ensure smooth and efficient rollout of our solutions.

  • You make decisions systematically based on data, or insights from user research.

Strategy

  • Every quarter, you make strategic prioritization decisions by securing the commitment of all stakeholders.

  • You enable your team to make the right product decisions, build quality products on time, and continuously improve.

  • You manage your projects by involving the right stakeholders and rigorously monitoring your KPIs.

  • You enable all stakeholders to understand your choices and your roadmap, and you communicate regularly on your progress and the achievement of your objectives.

  • You define the KPIs that enable you to accurately measure the success of your squad. Bringing projects to fruition


Profil recherché

🎯 Profile required

As you’ll have gathered, we’re looking for a passionate Product Manager, able to help our clients to have better HR management tools, thanks to your boundless energy and organizational skills.

  • You have more than 6 years’ experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced Tech companies.

  • You know how to build a product vision and unite people beyond your team. 

  • You really appreciate, and are able to get to grips with the complexity of high-expertise business subjects: payroll, accounting, etc.

  • You are data and product driven, and you know methodologies to build great products

  • You are extremely precise and rigorous in your analysis and use of data to make decisions.

  • You put user experience and ergonomics first, and make no concessions on quality.

  • You know how to convey your choices, communicate and convince at all levels, both internally and with our customers.

  • You know how to evolve in a fast-growing company.

  • You speak English at a professional level.

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of HR/payroll management/accounting is a strong plus.

  • You already have prior experience in B2B SaaS companies.

  • A technical background would be a plus.
