Each year, 140M children are born. Birth defects affect 1 in 33 births in developed countries, and in 50% of cases, they are not detected during prenatal examinations. Prenatal medicine is particularly complex, and the scans impose heavy responsibilities on healthcare professionals. They can also be a source of stress for future parents.

Resulting from 5 years of collaboration between world-renowned experts from Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Based on patented algorithms and a proprietary expert database, Sonio aims to become the reference tool to help practitioners improve screening, reduce diagnostic errors, and optimize pregnant women’s medical path.

About the role

As a Product Director, you'll be fully in charge of our Onboarding and Run. This means you'll be in charge of the full mission of driving Adoption in Europe and the US for our AI-driven solutions. You'll first act as a transversal leader and then build your team. The main missions are:

• Onboarding & configuration on the platform

• Processes with Account Managers, Product Specialists and Solutions Engineer

• Eligibility Roadmap for Sales and Marketing teams, Training Materials, etc.

• Tracking Operational costs and providing solutions to reduce those overtime

Sonio is a mission-driven company so interest in our mission is critical. Other requirements are: 

• You are very analytic: you master SQL & data visualisation tools, reporting, UX KPIs, heatmaps, funnels etc. 

• You have at least 7 years of product experience

• You have a strong engineering understanding, able to deep dive into complex product issues with engineers, ideally you have an engineering background

• You value teamwork and you are team-oriented. This role will interact with most of the teams internally. Moreover, happiness and well-being are a priority in the way we’re building the team and we also want to be innovative here! 

• You speak perfect English, French is a strong plus

Other things that we value but that are not strong requirements: 

•  IT or Medical experience (HIS, FHIR, Reporting, Planning, DICOM, etc.)

• You have experience with OKRs, Sprint, exp. with developers and some Tech knowledge (python, ...)
