Deepomatic has been founded by Augustin Marty, Vincent Delaitre, and Aloïs Brunel, with the mission to assist in the deployment of critical infrastructures necessary for digital and energy transitions through image recognition technology.

We develop software that, using AI and image recognition, automatically analyzes photos taken in the field by technicians and provides them with real-time feedback on the quality of their work, detecting possible defects and allowing them to fix issues before leaving. This enables projects to be completed right the first time, avoiding the need for a return visit, saving unnecessary travel and carbon consumption, accelerating infrastructure deployment, and improving the customer experience.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will report directly to our Chief Product Officer and co-founder. In this role, you will be responsible for co-creating the product vision, building and maintaining a roadmap that aligns with the company’s roadmap and market context. You will oversee the implementation and improvement of discovery processes, solution development, and delivery within your scope, as well as the coaching and management of Product Managers / Product Owners.

Within 1 month you will have:

  • Learned everything there is to know about the business, how our products work, what is the strategy and the vision that drives its development

  • Dived into existing customer use-cases and how our products are leveraged to solve their problems

  • Participated in squad meetings to familiarize with our product & tech organization

  • Participated in user, customer and partner meetings

Within 3 months, you will have:

  • Created relationships with customers, users and partners

  • Earned the trust of your squad teammates and other relevant stakeholders

  • Participated to an entire product cycle (from Discovery to Delivery)

  • Brainstorm on longer term orientation of the product strategy to meet our objectives

Within 6 months your will :

  • Be the go-to person when it comes to deep product knowledge

  • Inspire and motivate the members of your team to do their best work

  • Have a deep understanding of the Deepomatic strategy and vision and already impact

  • Improve the existing Product process to maximize quality and efficiency

  • Help refine roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient decision-making, careful analysis of trade-offs, and a responsible balance of strategic business objectives, unique customer needs, operational necessities, and product quality

  • Be in charge of fostering software partnerships through integrations and joint product marketing content


Profil recherché

  • You have at least 6 years of experience.

  • You have previous experience as a Product Manager or Head of Product in a company offering a SaaS solution, preferably for Enterprise customers.

  • You have excellent product and tech expertise and have worked in a scale-up environment.

  • You have experience coaching or managing other Product team members.

  • You have an interest in AI and deep learning topics.

  • You have strong synthesis and communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • You are known for your strong and positive interpersonal skills.

  • You are proficient in both French and English at a professional level.
