You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and your mission is multifaceted: implementing comprehensive digital strategies with the help of the growth operationnal team, enhancing customer relationship, cross-selling, upselling and having an significant impact on business development, and management.
This strategic and senior role will entail the following responsibilities:
Strategy
Create high-performing, long-term digital strategies with a business focus.
Facilitate strategic workshops and kick-off meetings with clients and making sure deliverables are at our standards.
Update and monitor KPIs to ensure performance for our client with Growth Project Managers.
Implement new processes to improve the efficiency, productivity, profitability, and quality of work of the Growth teams.
Client Relations
Maintain close client relationships (regular follow-ups, calls, lunches, etc.).
Make sure we meet client objectives on time and on budget.
Ensure the smooth running of services (cost and quality).
Ensure the quality of deliverables and documentation.
Find solutions to client problems.
Lead strategic meetings with clients and Spaag teams.
Development
Pitch Spaag’s offerings to your clients and cross-sell.
Write commercial and strategical proposals and work on tenders for new and existing business.
Develop, monetize, and retain your client portfolio.
Initiate new partnerships (sectorial prospecting, networking, etc.).
Cross-functional Management
Define clear objectives for your managees.
Assist the team in analysis and strategy, iteration, and finding suitable solutions.
Guide the Growth teams in the delivery of services and any ad-hoc requests.
Conduct regular evaluations of the Growth teams (Evaluation of performance per mission, weekly points, annual and mid-year reviews).
As an experienced Digital Marketing Account Director and Senior Consultant, and as part of the leadership management team, you will report directly to the CEO and COO of Spaag.

High level consulting or digital marketing agency experience
Multi client facing experience
B2B experience (and B2C)
Speaking fluently english (native level in english and one or two other languages is a plus)
