As a Growth Analyst, you’ll be working alongside Spaag’s growth experts (based in Lille and Paris). You’ll be an integral part of our internal “commando” teams, tasked with implementing, deploying, analyzing, and optimizing the digital marketing strategies of our growth experts.

Our goal is to skyrocket our clients’ online growth, and we pour our heart and soul into achieving this!

In a flexible, international, challenging, and demanding environment, you’ll need to be efficient, curious, independent, and organized to:

• Learn about all digital marketing levers to become a future growth expert through progressive learning sprints.

• Assist in setting up all tracking, data studios, and other tools necessary to accurately measure your actions.

• Operationally implement campaigns on various levers (Meta, Google, etc.) with the help of growth experts, following a test-and-learn approach focused on client profitability.

• Analyze, test, learn, iterate, learn again, and re-analyze to continually improve and help our clients progress.

• You’re passionate about becoming a digital marketing expert.

• You’ve already worked with one or more digital channels and are eager to expand your skillset.

• You’re ambitious, always striving to exceed expectations and go the extra mile.

• You’re a problem-solver, proactive, and efficient.

• You’re fluent in English, and additional languages are a plus.
