Strategic Program Manager, reporting to VP Strategy & Operations

Role

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transformation projects

  • Example of transformation projects: revamp pricing & packaging, re-open solid partnership strategy, augment our ops and product with AI, build more flexible models to support our future growth
  • Structure clear project governance, objectives and workstreams
  • Drive weekly / monthly rhythm with key stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Track and report on progress to leadership, ensure decisions are made at the right level
  • Note: Role is about driving concrete impact, not building bureaucracy
  • Support VP Strategy and Operations on

  • Corp Dev agenda (buyer / seller side): M&A opportunities analysis and execution
  • Preparation of content material for Board meetings

  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, written & oral
  • Hands-on & Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously while keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Background

  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects: 3-5 years experience in top-tier consulting firm / Investment Banking or 5+ years experience in operational/project management roles in fast-growing environment (SaaS or FinTech is a plus)
  • Master's degree from top-tier business or engineering school
  • Based in Paris
  • This role represents a unique opportunity to drive strategic execution in a scale-up, working directly with senior leadership to accelerate value creation and operational excellence
