Who are Whe ?

Splio is a scale-up in the marketing and digital technology market, headquartered in Paris. The company has about 200 employees across Europe and MEA.

Splio publishes a SaaS marketing platform that integrates CDP and Marketing Automation, as well as all essential CRM features (loyalty, Mobile Wallets), into a single platform powered by AI.

The platform enables CRM teams in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and Telecoms to communicate and engage with their customers in a personalized manner across all channels (email, SMS, Push Wallet...).

More than 500 retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and Telecom companies across Europe and the MEA use Splio on a daily basis, including Nature et Découvertes, Longchamp, Bazarchic, APC, The Kooples, Fnac-Darty, Micromania, Faguo, Cyrillus, Orange, and Samsung.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager of the Personalize & Engage domain team, you will lead the development of our capabilities that help marketers create unique customer experiences. The team scope includes content management for messaging & display (email, SMS, landing pages…), product recommendations, Generative AI for content creation, Loyalty & Rewards engine, Mobile Wallets management.

You’ll focus on delivering value for two key personas:

  • Marketers, who will use our products to engage their prospects & customers (end-users).
  • End-users, who will experience enhanced personalization and engagement through these solutions.

Missions & Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Vision & Strategy and prioritize opportunities: Define the roadmap for the Personalize & Engage domain team, ensuring alignment with Splio’s vision, Strategy, business goals and customer needs in collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Design, Engineering and various Customer facing teams.
  • Lead Discovery & Delivery:
    • You will be responsible with your team for shaping the personalization and engagement capabilities.
    • You will need to de-risk when necessary using modern product framing techniques to deliver high quality products.
    • You will use a data-informed working methodology making decisions combining the interpretation of our data and KPIs with your product expertise.
    • You will act as the voice of the customer within the domain team.
    • You will work with your Engineering Counterpart (Principal Engineer, Engineering Manager) to ensure
      • product features are technically feasible and aligned with architectural guidelines.
      • that product delivery timelines are realistic and achievable.
    • You will work with Product Marketing through out the product lifecycle to gather feedback and ensure enablement and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Product Management Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS platforms serving marketers. Experience with customer engagement or personalization-focused products is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data-driven personalization, web & mobile technologies, and API-driven tools. Experience with GenAI is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for marketers and end-users, with a proven ability to understand their needs and design solutions that improve engagement and personalization outcomes.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of product goals.
  • Data & Metrics Focus: Experience leveraging data to drive personalization and engagement strategies, with a focus on using insights to guide product development and optimize outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as engage directly with customers and users. Fluent in both French and English.
  • Outcome-Oriented: Hands-on and pragmatic with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for both marketers and end-users, ensuring that the products developed create real value and drive user engagement.
  • Analytical mind: Ability to simplify complex problems (understand, identify patterns, derive insightful conclusions, break irreversible decisions into smaller easy to reverse decisions)
  • Innovation-Minded: A passion for exploring new technologies like GenAI and a desire to innovate in the field of customer engagement and personalization.
