Colive manages approximately 500 rooms across Europe, including locations in Brussels, Lille, Lisbon, Paris, and more on the horizon. Proactively manage room availability to optimize turnover and minimize vacancies
Coordination of the team to ensure efficient and timely room visits
Analysis and strategy to fill the rooms more efficiently
Monitor competitor occupancy rates and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market
Support and oversee the local team (including interns)
Full responsibility of the set-up and launch of new properties
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work
Manage and track incoming maintenance requests, prioritizing and resolving issues promptly to maintain property standards.
Regular properties checklist/reporting
Researching and sourcing competitive bids from various service providers, such as insurers, cleaning companies, technicians
Placing orders for materials
Maintain open communication with tenants while representing the company, ensuring clear, positive, and professional interactions
Foster a strong tenant community by addressing concerns promptly and improving retention
You enjoy human interaction
You live in Paris or are willing to relocate
You’re fluent in French & English (spoken and written)
You’re proactive, organized, and problem-solver who can anticipate and resolve issues efficiently
