We are looking for a smart and talented team-member to join our People team (HR & Recruitment team). This team is already composed of 4 amazing members (Louis, Claire, Chloé and Ulysse)… Due to our strong growth, we need an enthousiaste people to many aspects of the Stocklers’ experience !
We are looking for a full-time employee (CDI) to start as soon as possible.
The People team is in charge of employees support and happiness. The team has a pivotal role in Stockly’s growth and has already successfully onboarded and assisted 90 talents.
The team missions are structured around 4 pillars:
Perform all critical HR tasks for Stocklers (e.g. salary payments, contracts, visas for foreigners, onboardings / offboardings etc.)
Manage all the recruitment process (e.g. review candidates or hunt some, make 1st screening calls, participate to school forums, follow up along the process with hiring leaders…)
Innovate to make Stocklers happy (e.g. parties, organise events, special breakfasts etc.)
Ensure the office is a great place to work, comfortable, welcoming, and that everyone is well equipped
🎯 Objectives: what could be examples of your first quarter objectives?
Performance measurement: # of accurate tasks in important processes
Tasks: You will be responsible for key tasks that have a critical impact on Stocklers everyday life, for instance days-off registration, onboardings, contracts preparation, salary payments, etc… We must ensure that these critical tasks are done very well and in time.
Performance measurement: Stocklers smiles! :)
Tasks: You will be in charge of making sure Stocklers (and yourself!) are happy at work! This goes through organising amazing events (parties and diners) very autonomously, making sure the office is set up properly and Stocklers have the right equipment, etc.
🥊 Challenges: what are the challenges / problems you will solve?
As we grow fast, it is critical for the HR function to be strong, and to find the smart ways to handle the increasing workload!
Tasks can be very different, form very operational (e.g. ensure the office is setup) to very strategic (contracts model writing, etc.)
As HR tasks are sensitive, we need to be flawless (you can’t make mistakes on people salaries 😉)

Competitive packages: for this position, package range is typically 38-45k depending on the profile (e.g. basic knowledge to expert). We have a well defined and objective salary grid that is based on both skills level and scarcity of profiles 💸
