We are looking for a passionate and brillant Tech Product Owner with a strong expertise in Tech Products and a sharp business sense to work directly with our CTO and co-founder Oscar (who is currently owner of the “product” part).
You will be the right hand of Oscar.
Perfectly understand business and operational issues. Interact with both tech and non-tech teams on a daily basis, making different views converge by being a driving force.
Translate these issues into technical solutions by:
Conceptualizing the main topics at stakes
Suggesting several solutions including prioritization and required tradeoffs
Planning and orchestrating the delivery
Orchestrating the delivery of a project involving several teams that you don’t manage directly and who have different day-to-day focuses
You will have to interact autonomously with all the Tech teams at Stockly. There are 6 of them:
Backoffice : Building our custom-made interface for orders tracking and after sales service (e.g. customers messages). Meet Camille, in charge of the team in this video
Business Intelligence : Including data-backed analysis into decision making processes and monitoring
Engine : Modeling new issues into our Tech (e.g. operational, commercial, financial). Meet Sylvain, talking about the Engine team in this video
Integrations : Technically integrating our partners systems with our product
Tech Solvers : Technical support on orders management and corrections (e.g. databases updates)
Backoffice and Engine will be your primary interlocutors.
You will also interact a lot with Business Teams (Key Account Managers, Business Developers, …)

Background
You come from a top engineering school, and have done a “Classe Prépa”
You spent 3-5 years in a top-tier tech start-up/scale-up or in a top large tech company
You have a good understanding of tech topics, including how databases work and you already had a tech product role
Hard skills
You are fluent in both French 🇫🇷 and English 🇬🇧
You love mathematics and logic
You understand well databases
You are experienced in translating ideas into precise guidelines for developers
You are very structured, organized and good at synthesizing
