Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to enhance our backend systems. You will play a crucial role in the evolution of our platform, ensuring that it is robust, efficient and ready for the European market. You will work with a full technical team and interact with front-end developers, the product owner and the operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails and Python.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Implement new features and optimize existing ones from data storage to scalable web services.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• We usually try to do all the interview post screening in our office in Paris, in that case, there is usually a lunch with the tech team to meet everyone and see the group fit
