As a Senior Commercial Manager at Streem Energy, you will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on international sales, managing a specific geographic region in Europe (outside France and Benelux), determined by your background and language skills.

In your daily work, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Streem’s clients, their needs, and challenges, progressively building your expertise to craft customer-centric sales strategies.

  • Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline by leveraging your network, attending industry events, sourcing referrals, and cultivating relationships across the ecosystem. A thorough market mapping and the ability to independently generate leads within an international business environment are critical to success in this role.

  • Drive revenue by acquiring, managing, developing, and expanding relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Serve as a bridge between clients and the engineering team, especially in markets where the product is still evolving, requiring a strong business development mindset.

Profil recherché

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a sales manager with a track record in SaaS B2B sales, including pipeline management and closing significant contracts, or equivalent business development experience.

  • Alternatively, candidates with a background in renewable energy and client-facing roles (e.g., consultants, originators) who are eager to transition to a sales role in the energy data sector will also be considered.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language (e.g., Spanish, German, Dutch, etc.) for both client interactions and internal collaboration.

  • Proven expertise in negotiation and closing deals.

  • A strong drive to secure contracts and grow the business, particularly with newly launched products.

  • Familiarity with energy markets is a plus.
