Your mission

Team Leadership

  • Lead our HR Operations team (3 people), taking full responsibility for team performance, engagement, and development

  • Manage HR-Ops strategic projects (due diligence, internal control, tool synergies, optimization of payroll service providers, benefits programs, etc.)

  • Act as Swan’s representative to legal entities and administration

Tools, Process and Documentation

  • Partner with HRBPs and TA teams to ensure seamless execution of HR processes, from onboarding to performance management, aligned with overall HR strategy

  • Lead the implementation of personnel management tools (including HRIS), ensuring smooth configuration and integration to boost efficiency and automation

  • Scale HR processes effectively to support company growth and smooth employee onboarding

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and employee handbooks across all countries during our scale-up phase

  • Streamline operations by automating routine tasks and implementing AI solutions

HR Data & Compliance

  • Take ownership of HR data quality

  • Develop and maintain social dashboards to track staff activity and key HR metrics

  • Deliver accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders to support strategic decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, declarative, and contractual obligations across countries

  • Provide expert guidance on complex legal, administrative, and HR matters

  • Maintain GDPR-compliant data privacy and security standards for all HR information

  • Oversee compliance with local labor codes, collective agreements, and company policies

  • Develop and review internal policies in collaboration with the Chief People Officer, employee representatives, and the people team

Payroll and C&B in France & International

  • Oversee international employee benefits programs, including compensation structures and wellness initiatives

  • Ensure compliant and timely payroll management across all countries

  • Oversee relationships with payroll providers and EORs

  • Lead the administrative and payroll setup for new international entities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Finance on payroll matters, including annual simulations, monthly updates, modeling, and tax and benefits optimization


Profil recherché

You’re a great match if:

  • You have +8 years of experience in a HR Ops role in a fast pace environment.

  • You have proven experience in leading and managing a team

  • You have experience in payroll systems at an international level and managing employee benefits administration. 

  • You have knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks

  • You have proven skills in commanding HRIS Systems, ideally Lucca. 

  • You have the ability to handle multiple priorities and you are organised.

  • You have strong problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

  • You speak fluently in both French & English.

  • Pre screen Interview : Video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager, to get to know you, understand your career expectations and answer your questions. (30 min)

  • Hiring Manager Interview: In-depth discussion with our Chief People Officer, Anne.

  • Case Study & Restitution: Practical case to evaluate Hard skills, to prepare & panel presentation with other members Anne and Estelle, our lead HRBP.

  • Peer Interview: Discussion with Clémentine, HRBP.

  • Final Interview: In depth discussion with our Deputy CEO, Camille. (60 min)
