As an Operations Performance Intern, you will play a supporting role for operational teams in their daily work to help them improve their performance and address the future challenges that will arise with Swan’s development.
✨ Your mission
Your primary mission is to design new processes, explore data, and create dashboards to model Operations and visualize performance, enhance existing tools, integrate new ones, and serve as the point of contact for other teams such as Product or Risk.
✨ Main tasks
Design and implement new processes and automations to support the development of the Operations team
Map and document existing processes and automations used within the Operations team
Manage run operations to resolve tool issues, understand the root cause, provide solutions, and ensure service continuity
Update and maintain tools used across the team, and implement new ones as needed
Coordinate processes and new features with other teams (especially the Product team)
Manage data requests among the team (dashboard creation and management, single-time requests) and develop new KPIs to better align with internal SLAs
