At Swan, we’re revolutionizing banking as a service, and we’re seeking an Operations Performance Intern to join our team. As an Operations Performance Intern, you will play a supporting role for operational teams in their daily work to help them improve their performance and address the future challenges that will arise with Swan’s development.

As an Operations Performance Intern at Swan, your mission is to design new processes, explore data, and create dashboards to model Operations and visualize performance, enhance existing tools, integrate new ones, and serve as the point of contact for other teams such as Product or Risk.

Your mission

  • Design and implement new processes and automation to support the development of the Operations team

  • Map and document existing processes and automation used within the Operations team

  • Manage data requests among the team (dashboard creation and management, single-time requests) and develop new KPIs to better align with internal SLAs

  • Challenge volume forecasts for Operations (inputs, accuracy, reliability, updates)

  • Update and maintain tools used across the team, and implement new ones as needed

  • Coordinate processes and new features with other teams (especially the Product team)

  • Share weekly performance reviews within the team and the company

Your team

In this role, you’ll be fully integrated into our operational team at Swan. The teams you’ll work with are composed of Customer Support Agents, KYC Analysts, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders within those teams as well as in Product, Risk, and Finance teams.

  • You are a student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and are seeking an apprenticeship or a 6-month internship

  • You have a passion for analytics as well as processes and can communicate effectively within the team

  • You are proactive, autonomous, rigorous, eager to provide solutions, and willing to roll up your sleeves

  • Interest in the fintech environment

  • You have professional proficiency in English
